Information involved in a visit
This is a public information site. It does not provide online account creation, partner enrollment forms, payments, file uploads or a customer portal. To deliver pages and protect the service, our hosting provider Vercel receives technical request information, which may include IP address, browser/device information, requested URL, time and security-related data. Technical service logs are different from advertising cookies.
Information you choose to provide
If you call or email us, you choose what information to provide. It may include your name, dealership, contact details and the contents of your inquiry. Phone and email services operate outside this website. We use inquiry information to respond, discuss services or partnership eligibility, and administer a requested relationship. Do not send payment card numbers, passwords, Social Security numbers or other sensitive documents through ordinary email.
Cookies and tracking
The site code does not set cookies, local storage or similar persistent browser identifiers. We have not installed advertising pixels, visitor analytics, session replay, social widgets or embedded third-party maps/videos on this site. Service providers and disclosure
Vercel hosts and delivers this site and processes technical data to operate and secure it. See Vercel’s Privacy Notice. When you contact us, communications providers and staff handling your request may process the information needed to respond. Retention and security
Technical request data is handled according to the hosting provider’s applicable settings and retention practices. Inquiry and business records are kept as needed for the request or relationship and applicable recordkeeping, dispute or legal obligations; this site does not establish a single retention period for separate Tekmetric records. We use HTTPS for this site. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

You may browse without registering. Contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you provided, or to raise a privacy concern. We will consider the request under applicable law and may need to verify identity or retain records for legal or contractual reasons. Availability of particular rights depends on the law that applies. Browsing this site does not subscribe you to marketing. Tell us if you do not want promotional communications.

No advertising or cross-site tracking system is installed for this site, so there is no optional tracking activity here for Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control to switch off. Browser security and cookie controls remain available. The site is directed to dealership professionals and is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us.
Other sites and Tekmetric
Links to the main Brazauto website or other services leave this site and may have different privacy and cookie practices. Partner enrollment takes place in person at our workshop. Our team records and administers the dealership account in Tekmetric; notices and agreements provided during that process apply to that processing. This policy covers the partner information site, not an audit or privacy policy for the main website or every Tekmetric workflow.
Changes
Effective October 16, 2026. We will update the date and notice if this site’s practices change. Material changes in use or disclosure will be communicated as required by applicable law. Changes to privacy notices do not replace the Dealer Rewards requirement for direct written notice of program changes.
